Taylor’s Knee Injury Patient Story
Taylor joined us back in January after suffering a knee injury during a field hockey game. Imaging revealed that she had torn her medial patellofemoral ligament following a patellar dislocation. With her senior season on the horizon, Taylor and her care team decided to take a non-operative approach to recovery.
Over the next several months, she committed herself fully to her rehab—working tirelessly to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence in her knee. Along the way, she also battled through episodes of low back pain, but she never let that slow her down.
Through perseverance and grit, Taylor made an incredible comeback—returning to the field for her senior season. And not only did she play, but she also helped lead her team to a State Championship win!
Taylor is a true example of determination, resilience, and hard work paying off. We couldn’t be prouder of you, Taylor
