No matter the obstacle, Cara loves coming alongside her patients to tackle challenges together and cheer them on as they get back to doing what they love!
Philosophy
Cara believes that each patient’s plan of care should be unique to them. Her treatment approach combines functional training, patient education, goal setting, and the latest evidence-based interventions. She strives to ensure that her patients feel heard and leave therapy confident and empowered to return to the activities they love. To Cara, no injury is too small–her priority is always to help patients recover and reach their goals as efficiently as possible.
Personal Life
Cara loves to be active, whether it’s hiking, pickleball, or weightlifting. She also loves reading and spending time with her church community, friends, and family. Recently, she has taken up learning Spanish and experimenting with homemade sourdough!
