Rachel Hill, PTA

Staff Physical Therapist

Born and raised in La Plata, MD, Rachel has recently made St. Mary’s county her home. While the move did not take her far, it marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Rachel looks forward to connecting with and making a positive impact with her patients.

Education

Rachel is a graduate from the CHACHE PTA program in 2024. She has experienced multiple settings, such as skilled nursing, orthopedic, and neurological outpatient facilities. Rachel has treated multiple diagnoses, including patients with strokes, traumatic brain injuries, MS, Parkinson’s, and other orthopedic cases. Rachel has her BIG certification for Parkinson’s, enjoys treating the higher-level orthopedic cases and looks forward to working with athletes!

Philosophy

Rachel’s goal is to help her patients improve their quality of life and return to the activities that they love the most. She believes with personalized, patient-centered care, combined with dedication and hard work both in and outside of the clinic, each patient can achieve meaningful progress and reach their goals. One of Rachel’s favorite quotes is “muscle is vitality, not vanity.”

Personal

In her free time Rachel enjoys staying busy and active. You can find her playing slow pitch softball in the spring/fall, cuddled up with a book, traveling the world or in the kitchen trying new recipes and making sourdough!
